Wave by Marco Piva: a new pull handle for Colombo Design"The elegance of opening a door: working on the Wave pull handle design, I wanted to highlight the material properties, working on it as to maximize its brightness and ductility. Themetal component is in fact characterized by holes that create a chromatic effect on the surface, where the interaction with the light generates vibrations that enhance the brass preciousness of its aesthetic. The production experience of Colombo Design, finally, made possible to give to the Wave pull handle the ergonomic shape and the thickness that I had in mind that, despite the simplicity of form, confers a unitary image of elegance and sophisticated absence of superfluous. Thought for the contract, but also perfect for the home, the new pull handle Wave brings attention to the final user of the design, by a new tactile and visual experience”. Marco Piva
